Food and service here were excellent. The crispy chicken crispers were amazing although I prefer the original recipe. The wings were also delicious as per usual.

Had a wonderful experience here. We didn’t plan on going to Chili’s but to Border Cafe which was out of reservations. So a short reroute and we were here. Good food and delicious cocktails. The sunrise margarita was the star of our evening. We also loved the veggie fajitas and the house nachos + salsa. For the price you pay, portions are quite generous.

Another great experience!!!! Tasty house salad...not included with entree....ordered Russian dressing...they didn't have it...but blue cheese dressing was great!! Had run eye steak...very fatty but tasty...broccoli ok...loaded mashed...tasty. Friend ordered rice and bean fajita... awesome!!! Kids got ...lava cake extra with kids meal.....very delicious...sorry no pic.... Paid on kiosk at table... super easy!!!!! PLEASE LIKE MY REVIEW IF YIU FOUND HR?HELPFUL!!!

Came here for a lunch with my friend and Marcy was the best waitress. She was so accommodating, warm, and helpful. The food was great and we had a blast. Thank you Marcy!!

The service was good but the food was horrible. I don't know what kind of bbq sauce they use, but it taste how I assume hotdog water would taste like. No one at the table wanted to eat them. None of the steak orders had any flavor, not even 1 pinch of salt, a dash of pepper, anything. My daughter loves mashed potatoes & refused to touch hers. She said they taste weird. The Mac & cheese tastes like boxed mac & cheese. 2 of the steaks were supposed to be medium rare & there was no pink in sight. The steaks were very dry & tough. The wild berry lemonade was pretty good. I wasn't a fan of the strawberry one, though. The server was pretty friendly. Honestly we wouldn't return. It felt like a waste of $200+ dollars.

Food was amazing, service was fantastic! I grew up going to Chili's, and I remember a lot of fun, kitschy memorabilia, or at least pictures, and this was VERY bare bones in terms of decoration. Almost no decorations at this location. Maybe that's the latest look. I do miss the old look!

I love Chilis Great food and drinks The Reading Chilis has the worst service ever. After multiple terrible experiences I’ve decided to write a review. The staff is too busy chit chatting with each other or the local townies they literally ignore all of the customers. There will be half the bar with empty drinks while the bar tender flirts with some drunk. Wait staff is worse. Tonight we walked into an empty bar area. 10 minutes with nothing. Had to beg the bartender to find the waitress. Food came out before drinks. Had to wave to get a refill Wanted another drink and I asked the bartender directly and bused it myself. Guy behind us literally left because he was ignored. This place needs a manager to wrangle the staff Don’t think I will ever come back Chilis corporate get your franchises in order before you go out of business!!!!

I am an after work regular. Comfy seats at the bar. Great bartenders. Friendly staff and management. Food is great. Beer is cold. Come down and try it out, be prepared to be a regular too.
